Pickman vehicles that are built-to-order from the manufacturer takes 45~60 days for production once approved and 30 days for shipping to our authorized facilities, excluding holidays. This includes order processing, production, ocean freight, importation, transportation and pre-delivery inspection.

All preorder deposits or reservations are 100% refundable until the order is finalized and locked in with our staff.
Once vehicle orders are placed, we will confirm the order with a build invoice along with a vehicle purchase agreement, production and shipping ETA to finalize the order.
After the order is finalized the sale is considered final. Refunds can be processed after the build is complete as your orders may be bought back by the distributor or offered to others for sale at that point.
All quoted MSRP and prices includes all relevant product, duties and shipping of the vehicle to our authorized facilities in the U.S. Final destination charges to the customer's final location is excluded unless otherwise noted in the vehicle purchase agreement.
The customer will receive the Pickman Inc. New Vehicle Limited Warranty or the Pickman Inc. Used Vehicle Limited Warranty, as applicable, at or prior to the time of Vehicle delivery or pickup. You may also obtain a written copy of your warranty from us upon request or from our website.
